As a leader in our community and with the business continuing to grow, we are looking to add an outgoing, energetic representative to assist our clients in our call center.
What You Will Do:
- Assist incoming callers with questions and inquiries.
- Answer customers questions about product use and insurance coverage.
- Take sales orders, requests necessary information and documentation, verify insurance, and key into computer system.
Finalizes orders and sends information to billing team. -
What We are Looking for:
- Previous experience in medical terminology, medical billing or related is helpful but not required.
- Experience working in a high-volume call center preferred but not required.
- Ability to meet expected call volume metrics daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Regular attendance is essential. -

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
