As a leader in our community and with the business continuing to grow, we are looking to add an outgoing, energetic representative to assist our clients with Respiratory Equipment in our retail store.
What You Will Do:
Instruct customers on CPAP set ups, downloads, mask fittings, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Discusses Medicare and insurance requirements and coverage with clients' families, physicians and other parties.
Initiates, schedules, and completes follow-up phone calls, assessments, and appointments with customers.
Obtains and completes initial paperwork, enters clients insurance and other information into computer system.
What We are Looking for:
Previous experience in healthcare industry highly preferred.-

Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment and home care preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistants – encouraged to apply!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: $20-24/hour
Location: Fargo, ND
Must have valid LPN, RN, or RT License
