What You Will Do:
- Dispatch Durable Medical Equipment orders
- Coordinate pickups, plan routes, and adjust routes as needed.
- Work with DME drivers and other delivery staff to ensure deliveries and pick ups are handled timely to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers to determine drop off/ pick up times
Dispatch 3-20 Drivers depending on the day
What We are Looking For:
- Positive, effective communicator
- Empathetic individuals who can understand the situations our customers are going though.
- Ability to Pass a background check (Required)
- Must be presentable, have good communication skills, and be able to maintain good relations, even in difficult situations.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Physical demands include standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, lifting, grasping.
Important Details:
- Location: New Hope, MN
- Compensation: $18-20/Hr
- Job Type: Full time
- Schedule: 10am – 6:30pm 5 days a week ( Sundays Required )
- Must be able to work Sundays and work On Call
