**Responsibilities:**
1. Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer orders and bakery guidelines.
2. Utilize icing, frosting, fondant, and other decorative elements to create intricate designs, patterns, and themes on cakes.
3. Customize cakes for various occasions such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and holidays.
4. Ensure that all cakes are finished with precision, attention to detail, and artistic flair.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the decorating area, including equipment and tools.
6. Assist with baking, mixing, and preparing cake batters and icings as needed.
7. Monitor inventory levels of decorating supplies and communicate with management to order replenishments.
8. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
9. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the quality and freshness of all products.
10. Collaborate with other bakery team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience as a cake decorator or pastry chef preferred.

**Physical Requirements:**
