What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Corner Mart?
This position is for kitchen duty at our Convenience Store deli at Corner Mart (bp). This is a fast-paced position, Monday through Friday. Hours needed exactly can be discussed during interview, but 3am to 11am is the ideal shift to fill.
Responsibilities include preparing and packaging food served at the Deli. This includes pizza, puffs, a variety of potatoes, sandwiches, and roller grill items, as well as items we make to put in our "Grab 'n' Go" cooler. All food items are baked or grilled, nothing is deep fried, meaning you won't leave work with the lingering smell of hot fryer oil! This shift will also be responsible for opening the kitchen, getting breakfast out and help get lunch out. The manager on site will be able to go into more details with you about what is expected. Starting pay is $13 per hour but that is not firm, experience will help. Again, the manager on site will be able to discuss this further.
