About The Smith

The Position : Executive Sous Chef
- Thorough hands-on approach, develop and promote learning for all back-of-house employees.
- Upholding the highest standards of food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.
- Assist the Chef de Cuisine with weekly specials.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies
- Manage labor house and kitchen waste.
- Teach Corner Table Restaurants Core Values to all new hires and existing teams.
- Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine.

Location
The position is based in Washington, DC
The base pay for this position is a salary range of $80,000-$90,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including but not limited to, prior employment history / job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
