Night Shift Supervisor 11 pm to 7 am Monday through Friday
The Weekend Baylor
Two (16) hour shifts on the weekend and paid for full time hours (37.5 hours).
Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents. We are hiring for the Night RN Supervisor Monday through Friday and Baylor RN Supervisor 7am to 11pm. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to excellence to join our team at Corner View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
