Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly proficient Web Developer with exceptional experience in HTML, CSS, and Custom WordPress implementations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the design and marketing industry, with a focus on creating responsive, high-performance websites that provide a seamless user experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and development teams to implement cutting-edge web designs that align with client goals, maintaining the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate design mockups and creative briefs into fully functional web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimization for mobile and desktop performance.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs and an intuitive user experience.
• Work within brand guidelines to develop websites that reflect the unique positioning and goals of our clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues as they arise during development and post-launch.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development, web design, and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with experience in the design or marketing industry.
• High proficiency in HTML, CSS, Custom WordPress Implementations.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working closely with design teams.
• Polished eye for design, with the ability to translate creative concepts into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience optimizing websites for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and content management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a remote or distributed team.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in animation, interactive elements, or custom coding for enhanced web experiences.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of back-end development or full-stack experience is a plus but not required.
