Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns, and offer customized solutions to help them achieve long-term financial security.
• Financial Product Guidance: Educate clients on a variety of financial products including life insurance, annuities, retirement planning solutions, and investment options.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing service, advice, and support.
• Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect and develop new clients by networking, attending events, and leveraging referrals.
• Financial Planning: Create personalized financial plans, considering clients' risk tolerance, tax situations, retirement goals, and estate planning strategy needs.
• Ethical and Professional Conduct: Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements, while ensuring integrity and honesty in all client interactions.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest financial services trends, products, and regulations through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and mentors within National Life Group to share knowledge and grow professionally.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Licensing: Must either possess or be willing to obtain the necessary financial services licenses (e.g., Life and Health Insurance, Series 65, Series 6 and Series 63).
• Experience: Prior experience in financial services, sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts in a way clients can understand.
• Traits: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and a passion for helping others.
• Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with financial planning tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
