Job Description: Executive Assistant/Office Operations Manager

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

We are a fast-growing wealth management firm with offices in Severna Park and Hunt Valley, Maryland. As a Registered Investment Advisory firm, we prioritize our clients' best interests, providing sound investment management, retirement, educational, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to principals and advisors.
  • Proactively identify tasks to attract and onboard new clients.
  • Schedule appointments and prepare advisors for meetings.
  • Greet guests and respond to client inquiries.
  • Place trades as requested.
  • Prepare correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and complete paper and electronic files.
  • Maintain data and run performance reports.

Customer Service:

  • Assist new clients through the onboarding process.
  • Help clients with account maintenance and money movement.
  • Anticipate client needs and offer assistance.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements:

We seek an intelligent individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and customer service experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.

Required: At least 5 years of office work experience.

Preferred: Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or series licenses 7, 63, 65, or 66.

Experience with Orion investment software, CRM databases, and investment software is beneficial.
