Job Description: Executive Assistant/Office Operations Manager
Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to principals and advisors.
- Proactively identify tasks to attract and onboard new clients.
- Schedule appointments and prepare advisors for meetings.
- Greet guests and respond to client inquiries.
- Place trades as requested.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and complete paper and electronic files.
- Maintain data and run performance reports.
Customer Service:
- Assist new clients through the onboarding process.
- Help clients with account maintenance and money movement.
- Anticipate client needs and offer assistance.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage assigned tasks and projects.
Requirements:
We seek an intelligent individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and customer service experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Required: At least 5 years of office work experience.
Preferred: Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or series licenses 7, 63, 65, or 66.
Experience with Orion investment software, CRM databases, and investment software is beneficial.
