This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face-to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lease apartments – showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years customer service experience required
• 2 years sales or leasing experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Work independently to achieve goals
• Organized and Professional
• Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $39,124.80 estimated commission of $25,000 in the first year for a total compensation range of approximately $55,000 - $64,124.80.
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, accrued in your first year, sick pay, and Parental leave
• 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary
