An established 13 person architecture firm is seeking a Project Design Architect to join the team. The candidate will be required to perform design, production and management duties with a firm principal in the areas of Educational, Commercial, Governmental and Building Envelope aspects of the firm. The successful person will work alongside and report to a firm Principal or Principals depending on the types of projects under contract.
Position Title: Project Architect (Full Time: 40 hours)
Licensing: Registered Architect (in any State) or In Process of Licensure
Salary: (Commensurate with Qualifications & Experience)

Tasks include but not limited to:
- Managing the production of design solutions for various projects as assigned.
- Working with clients to determine design solutions for various projects from any aspect of the firm.
- Preparation of design, permit and bid documents for various projects.
- Providing project administration duties for projects that are bidding and under construction. This may include preparation of addenda and conformed sets.
At any time in the studio, firm personnel maybe working on various K-12 projects; a major renovation of a large car dealership; renovations; repair of historic buildings; security upgrades; reroofing and building envelope projects; tenant improvements to various commercial spaces; a few residential projects and a myriad of smaller projects. The candidate must have up to date knowledge and competence in REVIT and AUTOCAD
