Qualifications

Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

Delivery Process:

• Explain how they schedule a service appointment and assist with introduction to a Service Writer, Assistant Service Manager, or Service Manager. 
• Confirm that we have an email address and all customer information is accurate.
• Sign customer up for Manufactures programs like Sync My Ride, My Chevrolet/Onstar, Sirrus, My Rewards and Chrysler’s UConnect.
• Assist with determining what brought the customer into the dealership.
• Solicit testimonials and ask to complete online reviews (especially Google, Yelp and Facebook) and get written authorization to use for advertising purposes.
• Assist Sales People by taking photos of customer taking delivery from the sales person whenever possible.
• Maintain and ensure that the manufactures Delivery Checklist has been completed and the vehicle is ready for Delivery (New and CPO)
• Ensure any customer issues are handled promptly and followed in accordance to dealerships guidelines. 

Technology:

• Become the dealership technology specialist and cascade that information to sales staff.
• Assist Sales People with vehicle deliveries with emphasis on the technology portion.  The sales staff should be able to explain all technological features but this is the “go to” position for syncing their phones and getting them signed up in the right programs.
• Register customer’s vehicles in manufactures websites to ensure it maintains a perfect Health Report.

Education and/or Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Understands vehicle technology

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

· Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

· Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service

· Ability to lift 25lbs

· Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop, climb, sit and stand
