Cadillac of South San Francisco is looking for an Admirative Assistant to join our team! The successful candidate will be comfortable with customer interactions & clerical administrative tasks.
CHARACTERISTICS / TASKS / ROLE
Part time reception coverage as needed
Daily deposits and accounts receivable management
Warranty submissions and cancellations
Accounts payable invoice scanning
Filing
Ordering of all office supplies
Performing additional duties as assigned
