Your Role
Greet customers and provide a seamless service experience.
Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient service and timely repairs.
Provide estimates, obtain customer authorization, and explain services clearly.
Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs.
Keep customers informed on repair progress and any changes to service timelines.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings by delivering excellent service.
What You Bring
Previous service advisor experience in a dealership or repair facility.
Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional approach.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of dealership software, with Tekion experience considered an asset.
A valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
