Assistant Cabinet Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking an installer assistant to join our team of highly skilled Cabinet Installers. The Cabinet Installer Assistant supports the lead cabinet installer by performing various tasks that aid in the efficient and precise installation of cabinets in residential and commercial settings. This role involves preparing materials, assisting with installations, and ensuring that the job site is organized and safe. The Assistant will work closely with the installer to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in measuring, cutting, and installing cabinetry
• Prepare job sites and materials for installation
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition
• Work closely with the team to ensure high-quality installations and timely project completion
• Assist with quality checks to ensure that installed cabinets meet company standards and client specifications.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in cabinet installation.
• Good measurement and mathematical skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cabinet installation is required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physically able to lift materials and tools as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
