Who we are looking for:
The National Production Manager will support all production and operations retail staff.
What you’ll do:
- Support LO/Producing MGRS on Pricing, Product, Scenario Solutions
- Assist Senior Management with Private Banking Relationships
- Review all locks/pricing variances and pricing related scenarios
- Investor Relations including scenarios, exceptions and communications
- Manage Jumbo Pipeline, process and evaluate for best investor sale
- Evaluate loan level problems and provide solutions
- Identify risks and assessing them
- Identify areas where training is needed in regard to pricing, product, resources and updates internally and investor communications
- Assist with RISK & IPAC/Bond Committees
What you’ll need to be successful:
Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of mortgage experience
- Ability to research effectively and is solution oriented
- The ability to collaborate effectively with others is essential
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to research effectively to make reasoned decisions quickly
