Who we are looking for :
As the Contact Center Developer, you will be instrumental in transforming customer interactions by designing and implementing intelligent, conversational solutions. Your expertise in full stack development including C#, HTML, JavaScript, REST API, Nice CXOne Individual Voice Response (IVR), and Omilia Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) technology will enable seamless, scalable communication solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a cross-functional, agile team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Location : Onsite in Englewood, CO
Compensation : $85-105k
