Key Responsibilities :
- CRM Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including data entry, updates, and maintenance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Data Analysis : Analyze customer data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and support marketing initiatives.
- Support Teams : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer relationships and retention rates.
- User Training : Train and support staff on CRM best practices, ensuring that all users are proficient in utilizing the system effectively.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve CRM processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
