Who we are looking for…
Cornerstone Servicing is looking for an experienced Mortgage Servicing Project Manager with experience implementation and development experience. This professional will be responsible for leading programs/projects, implementing enterprise level vendor products and integrations.
- Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
- Compensation: $80-110k Bonus
What you'll need to be successful…
- Manages a team of implementation specialists and ensures the business needs are met throughout the implementation process
- Manage and resolve conflict between internal teams and client
- Access and document the client’s needs and project requirements
- Gain key stakeholder approval of the project requirements and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and track/measure progress
- Deliver regular Program/Project progress reports and escalate concerns and/or roadblocks to senior management
- Effectively plan the Program/Project and allocate/coordinate resources both internal and external to deliver projects on-time and within scope and budget
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Obtain post implementation sign off on delivered Programs/Projects before concluding Programs/Projects
- Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage origination and servicing
- Must have minimum of 2 years of program/project management experience
- Excellent Leadership skills
- PMP Certification desired
- Ability to discuss technical and business project requirements in detail when required
- Skills in conflict management, time management and team management
- Organized with good problem-solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication
- Ability to work through stressful situations professionally
- Ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the deep understanding of project and customer management
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
