Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform client intake assessments
- Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
- Assign client care plans
- Assist with caregiver training and orientations

Qualifications and Skills
- Caregiving experience preferred

- Active RN license in the states of Minnesota AND North Dakota
