The Role: As a Top Gun graduate, you’ll step into the role of Operating Director at one of our locations. This dynamic role is split between 70% business development (marketing, building referrals, and staffing your office with top-tier caregivers) and 30% business administration (overseeing operations, managing finances, and optimizing performance).
You will:
- Drive growth and brand presence within your market.
- Cultivate relationships with referral sources, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a high standard of care and service delivery.
