Responsibilities:
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. This role requires a heavy focus on in-person marketing and referral building with some operational requirements as necessary.
- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
- In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
Program Outline
Compensation: Fully paid travel, lodging, and meals plus $1,000 per week!
Duration: 5 weeks
Week 1: Founder-led corporate training in Waco, TX.
Week 2-5: In-the-field training with an existing Operating Director
- **Candidate must be willing to relocate during the program and upon completion**
- Candidates are paired with an existing Operating Director to gain hands-on experience of the role.
- Feedback and guidance provided by the "Top Gun" Manager through weekly evaluations and scheduled check-ins.
- Candidates advance weekly if they are meeting expectations.
Final Presentation: Return to Waco, TX to provide a comprehensive overview of the program experience as a final interview with founders and corporate leaders.
- Upon successful completion of the final presentation, receive an Operating Director job offer the same day. (*80k Base Salary Starts Upon Program Completion)
