- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. Ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the project is completed on time, including managing any delays and reviewing schedules to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee and manage claims and disputes, including negotiating settlements and resolving issues related to contract performance and financial disagreements.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure transparency in the financial status of the project.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulatory, environmental, and safety standards, and that quality standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 10 years or more of general estimating experience
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, leadership abilities, and contract negotiation expertise.
- Prior experience in a commercial role with the construction and transportation industry preferred.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $208,000 YR
