Position Description:
Reporting to a scheduling lead either in the package or at the program level.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, designer of record, 3rd party stakeholders, and contractors to confirm progress achieved, collect variance explanations, develop recovery plans, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or issues, providing solutions to keep the project on track.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and schedule updates to project team and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and visual. Able to use or quickly learn how to use charts and graphs to convey information and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience Level
- Mid-Level - 8 Years of Experience required for mid-level
- Junior Level - 3 years of experience for Junior level
Expected Position Start Date; 4/7/2025 Through March 2026
In person minimum: 3 4 days per week
Salary ranges based on qualifications and experience
Mid-Level: - $83,500 to $98,791 YR
Junior Level: $53,700 to $72,021 YR
Salary : $53,700 - $72,021
