Position Summary
Cornerstone Connections is seeking a Program Assistant to provide essential support across multiple programs and community outreach efforts. This role will assist with logistical and administrative tasks, event support, and community engagement activities, including tabling events, setup, and breakdown. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about serving the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Support
- Assist with day-to-day program operations and activities by providing administrative and logistical support to various programs
- Help prepare materials and set up for different program events, workshops, and activities.
- Support participant communication, including reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data collection as needed.
Community Outreach & Engagement
- Represent Cornerstone Connections at community events, resource fairs, and outreach activities.
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and management of tabling events.
- Engage with community members to share information about available programs and resources.
- Support in outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in administrative support, community outreach, or event assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable engaging with the public in various settings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to attend events and program activities.
- Passion for supporting individuals and families in the community.
Additional Information:
Job Type: Part-time position (10-20 hours per week).
Hourly Rate: $17.00 per hour
