Requirements

• You must be awesome to work here
• You cannot be a wuss and work here
• This is an entry-level position
• We work indoors and outdoors. Conditions can be rough or beautiful. But the fresh air and changing environment stimulates the senses.
• You have to be able to learn and develop skills in various trades
• You should be able to read... both books and precise measurement.
• We need someone who can work really hard alone and with the crew
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment would help you transition smoothly
• Reliable transportation is required. We work at many different locations
