Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team at Cornerstone Construction. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in achieving revenue goals while fostering a positive and goal-oriented team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives, ensuring they have the tools and skills needed for success.
Performance Management : Set individual and team sales goals, track performance metrics, and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.

Market Expansion : Identify opportunities to expand our market reach within South Carolina, Georgia, and Western North Carolina.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of projects.
Problem Resolution : Act as an escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in roofing, solar, windows or a related industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
Ability to track KPIs and hold the team accountable.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
