We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales skills to earn based on performance by providing our services to clients. Our commissions are structured in a way that you earn more as you continue to improve your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and research potential clients in need of roofing services.
Conduct proactive outreach to schedule free inspections and consultations. Networking, cold calls, emails, door-to-door canvassing, etc.
Leverage marketing leads, referrals, and community events to generate new business opportunities.
Consultative Selling
Understand each client’s specific needs to recommend appropriate roofing services.
Present the benefits of roofing upgrades, including long-term savings and financing options.
Follow the SIMPLE Sales Process provided by Cornerstone Construction.
Project Coordination
Schedule roofing consultations and coordinate free inspections for customers.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to project completion.
Work closely with project managers to provide seamless customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
Community Engagement & Networking
Actively participate in local events to promote Cornerstone Construction and build a presence in the community.
Develop relationships with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and other potential referral sources to generate leads.
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and leads in the CRM.
Track personal performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing, solar, or construction industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
Must be Coachable & a Team Player.
Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
Willingness to travel within the service areas (SC, GA, NC) for client meetings and inspections.
Passion for helping customers find solutions that improve their homes and lower energy costs.
