Our facility is a privately owned 40 bed assisted living facility located on the North side of Spokane. We strive to provide excellent care in a more homelike setting. We believe in a team approach to providing care and believe that we lead best by serving.
We know that being a caregiver isn't for the faint of heart! We are looking for reliable and caring individuals to join our team. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer a cohesive team atmosphere, stocked break room, employer provided meals, monthly employee appreciation events, medical, dental and vision insurance partially funded by the employer for full time employees, simple IRA with 3% employer match and opportunities for additional education.
If you do not have experience- we will help you obtain your HCA certification.
Carestaff without an HCA or NAC certification- hourly rates start at $18.25 per hour
Current HCA or NAC Certification- hourly rates start at $19.25 per hour
We are hiring for the following shifts:
EVENING SHIFT:
ON CALL Saturday, Sunday-Wednesday (30.5-37.5 hours per week) 3pm-11pm
ON CALL Monday, Tuesday-Friday (30.5-37.5 hours per week) 3pm-11pm
Saturday-Tuesday with Wednesday ON CALL, (30.5-37.5 hours per week) 3pm-11pm
On call Tuesday, Wednesday-Saturday, (30.5-37.5 hours per week) 3pm-11pm
NOC SHIFT (eligible for $1.00 per hour differential)
Friday-Tuesday 11pm-7am (40 hours per week)
Thursday-Sunday with Monday nights on call (32-40 hours per week) 11pm-7am
Tuesday-Friday with Saturday nights on call (32-40 hours per week) 11pm-7am
Saturday nights 11pm-7am ***8 hours a week- PART TIME***
Responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to:
- Watching out for the general safety of residents
- Assisting with ADL's ie: oral care, grooming, dressing, eating and brief changes.
- Assist with toileting
- Assist with bathing
- Provide companionship
