The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation.
- Execute caulking and construction painting as needed to finish projects.
- Assist in remodeling projects by fabricating and installing various structures.
- Conduct water damage restoration work to restore affected areas.
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
- Engage in masonry work as required for specific projects.
- Install flooring materials, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques, trim carpentry practices, and flooring installation methods is highly desirable.
- Experience in remodeling projects and water damage restoration is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions is essential.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques will be considered an advantage.
