- Assists in the setup of newly hired Team Member equipment, including workstations, hardware, software, monitors, cell phones, tablets, etc.
- Work with 3rd Party vendors and ticketing system.
- Maintains current and accurate inventory of IT assets & equipment.
- Schedules and oversees maintenance schedule and backups of end-user equipment.
- Evaluates current and new resources and services for potential improvements.
- Maintain Office Printers-Troubleshoot (paperjams, driver, update scan to email)
- Maintain VOIP and update as necessary
- Maintain and troubleshoot office video conferencing system (Polycom) with TEAMS
- Ensures IT equipment is accessible, updated, and documented with current hardware and software.
- Troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, and operating systems and identifying threats.
- Supports and trains end users on hardware and software program functionality.
- Complete self-assessments
- Update the SSP and POAM with proper documentation and evidence.
- Administer new hire security awareness trainings
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with NIST 800-171 and CMMC requirements
- A versatile understanding of Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity capabilities
- A working understanding technology integration with physical, virtual, and cloud-based solutions
- A strong verbal and written communications skills to facilitate clear and concise delivery statuses on multiple, concurrent activities
- Attention to detail
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and work instructions Preferred
- Basic Help desk resolution and service desk delivery
- Experience supporting users in a Microsoft environment
- Microsoft Suite Support (Outlook, Teams, Office, Power BI)
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Knowledge of Windows servers and current client operating systems (Windows 10 & 11 preferred)
- Experience with M365
- Knowledge and ability to install and administer computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Knowledge of Firewalls
- Knowledge of Networking (wireless and wired)
- Knowledge of system security and software
- Provides stellar customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience- Junior/Mid Level entry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Able to have IT Certification is a plus (A , Network , Security )
- Able to obtain and maintain a TS clearance
