As a licensed agent with Cornerstone Employee Benefits, you'll help individuals and businesses protect their income, health, and future through personalized insurance solutions. This role is perfect for agents who love building relationships, closing deals, and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospects through networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Present benefit solutions to individuals, employees, and business owners
• Educate clients on available plan options and help them select the best coverage
• Provide exceptional post-enrollment support and customer service
• Stay up to date on industry products, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Active insurance license (voluntary/supplemental benefits experience preferred)
• Strong communicator with a professional presence and a service-first mindset
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you're not afraid to hustle
