Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Region of upstate New York – just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a full-time Dentist to join our growing Dental department in Port Jervis.

Typical Schedule:

· Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9-5 Wednesday 11-7 Saturday 9-1

The Position:

· General dentistry reporting directly to the Chief of Dentistry

· Collegial environment with the latest oral health technology

Requirements

· DDS or DMD

· New York State licensed

· Basic Life Support certified

Salary : $90 - $96
