What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substance Abuse Counselor ($2,000 Sign on Bonus*) position at Cornerstone Fresh Meadows?
Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a short-term, inpatient chemical dependency treatment program for adults. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time counselors to work directly with patients.

Requirements :
- Must be CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMHC
- Must be willing to become CPR certified prior to employment
- Must be experienced in group and individual counseling
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to become CPR-certified prior to employment
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
