POSITION OVERVIEW
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Cornerstone seeks a full-time, team-oriented individual to join our Operations team in Washington, D.C. to assist with a wide range of tasks related to the firm’s day-to-day office management.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Performing critical day-to-day administrative operations including but not limited to ordering supplies, monitoring office inventory, and front desk coverage;
- Front desk coverage includes answering phones, greeting and assisting guests, and handling mail and package deliveries;
- Managing and coordinating a dynamic calendar of meetings, fundraisers, and events;
- Assisting with the firm’s year-round D.C. intern program;
- Providing direct support and assistance to internal staff;
- Engaging with external clients and vendor points of contact; and
- Performing special projects and fielding ad hoc requests.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills.
Benefits
Base salary for this position shall be based on experience and level of education and range from $60,000 to $70,000. Employees are eligible for annual performance-based bonuses as well as full coverage of medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance premiums. In addition, employees are eligible to receive a 401(k)-employer match and shares in the firm’s employee stock ownership plan, upon entry into the plan. Employees are eligible for paid time off and additional fringe benefits to perform their job duties (parking, cell phone coverage, etc.).
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
