Your Responsibilities:
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will:
- Greet patients with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments via text and phone.
- Collect payments and check out patients for appointments and supplements.
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors with patient care if certified.
- Manage patient schedules based on their care plans.
- Maintain patient records using EMR systems and Dropbox.
- Educate patients on procedures and provide care plan details.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience.
- A background in healthcare or customer service (required).
- Knowledge of chiropractic procedures and terminology (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with EMR phone systems or similar software (preferred).

Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Weekends as needed (for biannual seminars).
