What You'll Do:
- Be the face of Cornerstone: Engage prospective customers through phone, email, and other channels, showcasing the value of our home warranty plans.
- Educate and empower: Provide clear, professional explanations of our products, guiding customers through their questions and concerns.
- Drive results: Proactively follow up on leads, close sales, and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional service: Build and nurture lasting customer relationships, offering support from the first contact to post-sale.
- Collaborate for growth: Work closely with the team on sales strategies, marketing efforts, and retention programs to drive business success.
- Stay organized: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and metrics in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
- A go-getter with previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required – we value passion and a drive to learn).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and create positive customer experiences.
- Customer-first mindset: You're personable, empathetic, and ready to go the extra mile.

- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM software (experience with Service Titan and Dialpad is a plus).
