Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Rooms Are Clean and Well-Maintained: Remove dirty bedding and replace with clean linens, vacuum and mop floors, clean bathrooms, and replenish toiletries and towels.
- Prepare Guest Rooms for Arrival: Organize rooms, including folding clothes, placing personal items on dressers or desks, and ensuring overall tidiness and order.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Respond promptly and efficiently to special requests from guests, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and comfort.
- Maintain a Reliable Work Schedule: Ensure timely completion of tasks and adhere to established work hours.
