Hotel Bartender
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of beverage service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with kitchen and service staff to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Position : Full-Time
Schedule : 3 PM - 11 PM
Pay Rate : $17 / hr.
Payment : Weekly, every Friday
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Process transactions using the POS system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering when necessary.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
Assist in catering events or banquets as required, delivering exceptional service to guests.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, brewing techniques, and beverage pairings.
Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers.
Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
