Front Desk Supervisor Job Description
Summary We are seeking a passionate front desk supervisor to join our team! As the front desk supervisor, you will oversee the operations of the front desk and ensure that guests are greeted with exceptional hospitality! You'll manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure that all our guests have a wonderful experience.
Availability : Must be available to work both shifts on varying days, including weekends
Experience Required :
Qualified candidates MUST have Opera V5 experience
At least 1 year of Opera or PMS experience
At least 1 year of hotel experience
At least 1 year of front desk experience
What you'll do :
Manage the daily operations of the front desk and ensure that all guest inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
Onboard, Train, and supervise front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service and act as the manager on duty when needed.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to front desk staff and oversee performance to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently.
Update and maintain the reservation systems and ensure that all bookings are confirmed accurately.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all guests and handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing, and managing supplies.
The essentials :
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
Proficient in reservation systems and other commonly used software programs. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality or related field preferred.0-3 Years of
