We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Cornerstone Hospitality. As a Houseman, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the hotel's success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Room Preparation: Removing dirty bedding and replacing it with clean linens, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Vacuuming rooms and corridors, cleaning floors, disinfecting bathrooms, and replenishing toiletries and towels to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Organization and Refurbishment: Folding clothes, placing personal items on dressers or desks, and organizing rooms to create a sense of tidiness and order.
- Guest Services: Refueling minibars, replacing ice cubes, replenishing coffee services, and cleaning surfaces to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Guest Requests: Responding promptly and efficiently to special requests from guests, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and comfort.
- Reliability and Accountability: Maintaining a reliable work schedule and being accountable for your duties.
