- Supervise and delegate tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned effectively.
- Organize employee shifts and cover absences.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Ensure all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Address guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
- Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Other Duties:
- Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
- Participate in special projects or assignments as directed.
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required.
