Position Overview : We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients, educating them about their insurance options, assisting in enrollment and ensuring they receive excellent service as continued clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Educate clients in the basics. Advise them of their options that best fit their needs. Insure- assist clients with enrollment of their chosen plan(s)
• Engage with clients in both one-on-one settings as well as in group presentations. In person as well as virtually
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and service a book of business
• Expand our client base by proactively generating new opportunities
• Manage time effectively to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions, presentations and annual enrollment preparation as needed
