Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned builder clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and loyalty.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities to provide additional solutions. (Cross Sell)
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and other service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document these policies, quotes and clients in our agency management system
- Resolve client issues, claims, and inquiries by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's presence among Software users.
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and Software community engagement.
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay attuned to the evolving needs of the construction industry to identify emerging opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance on builder's risk, general liability, and other insurance products, explaining coverage options and exclusions.
- Perform risk assessments to recommend appropriate levels of coverage tailored to each client's projects.
- Educate clients on the importance of insurance in protecting their projects and business operations.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulations, and risk factors that impact builder clients.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and other stakeholders to negotiate optimal terms for clients.
- Share market insights and client feedback with leadership to enhance product offerings and strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and planning initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and service requests in the CRM/AMS (Agency Management) system.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the renewal process for assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-up to retain clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and Software-related forums to build connections and promote services.
- Act as a thought leader by sharing insights and best practices with clients and the broader builder community.
