Catering Manager – Cornerstone Italian Kitchen
Position: Part-time/Full-time (20-30 hours per week)

Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Italian Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a background in catering and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will work closely with our Head Chef, starting with Drop and Go catering jobs and gradually growing into full-service catering as we expand. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building and leading our catering team as we scale up to larger events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all catering operations, from preparation to execution.
- Coordinate and manage Drop and Go catering jobs, with the goal of expanding to full-service catering events.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless meal planning, preparation, and service.
- Build, train, and manage a catering team as we grow.
- Ensure all catering orders are fulfilled on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with all catering services.
**Requirements:**
- Previous catering experience required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with a team, including kitchen staff and service personnel.
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
