Who You Are
The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of various marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving engagement. This entry-level role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, SEO, and Google AdWords. Working in a hybrid environment, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team while enjoying the flexibility of remote and in-office work.
What You'll Do
- Assist in creating engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance the company website’s search engine ranking.
- Monitor and manage Google AdWords campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and Google AdWords (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
