Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, and trials.

- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in complex civil litigation matters.
- Oversee, mentor, and manage a team of junior attorneys and support staff.
- Collaborate with other senior attorneys on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional cases.
- Maintain a high level of client communication and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest legal trends, rulings, and legislative developments relevant to civil litigation.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in Pennsylvania.
- 10 years of experience.
