Position Purpose
Bring brand experiences and storytelling to life through creative channels. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for completing various visual design duties to support strategic objectives across the organization. We are seeking a service-oriented professional focused on delivering quality work that will help propel the organization forward.
Design responsibilities will include branded communications and marketing deliverables across all channels, including print, digital, and emerging media. Coordinate activities with marketing and communications teams to execute branding, marketing, and outreach initiatives. This position is responsible for adhering to brand standards with a consistent, integrated, and disciplined approach.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Works with the marketing and communications teams to develop professional designs for publications, promotional materials, and brand assets across all channels.
- Works with Senior Designer to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative requests.
- Works with marketing leads to coordinate the completion of projects within established schedules and budgets.
- Coordinates marketing activities with printers, services agencies, and vendors to meet design project deadlines.

Performance Measurements
Qualifications
Education / Certification : Graphic design, visual design, multimedia design, creative marketing, art, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge : Proficient in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of pre-press processes, including color techniques, digital file formats, document setup, typesetting rules, and printing options and techniques. Knowledge of commercial and fine art illustrations, digital image editing, and multimedia design.
Experience Required : Two to four years of experience in graphic design or a related area. Experience in a credit union or financial industry is preferred.
Skills / Abilities : Experience and ability to follow a project through from ideation to completion, meeting deadlines, and contributing boldly to the vision. Attention to detail that establishes and maintains sophisticated and consistent visual design. Illustration skills are a plus. Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus.

Fine, Acute Visual Ability : Fine visual acuity with the ability to inspect closely or to assemble small parts; color vision; or depth perception and / or field of vision.
Physical Strength : Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
Working Conditions
No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions. (Such as in atypical office.) Occasional travel will be requested of this position.
Mental Activities and Requirements of Position
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Able to interpret a variety of technical instructions and can deal with multiple variables.
Mathematics Ability : Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios and percent, and to draw and interpret graphs.
Language Ability : Ability to read periodicals, journals, manuals, dictionaries, thesauruses, and encyclopedias. Ability to prepare business letters, proposals, summaries, and reports using a prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style. Ability to conduct training, communicate at panel discussions, and make professional presentations.
