After School Teacher

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize first aid knowledge when necessary to ensure the safety of all students.
- Incorporate sports coaching or camp activities into the curriculum to promote physical education and teamwork.

Requirements
- Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Background in daycare, babysitting, or childcare is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is a plus.
- Ability to engage children through innovative teaching methods and activities.
- Experience in sports coaching is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for educating children and helping them reach their full potential.
